TigerSportsBets

Terms of Use

Prelaunch legal draft. No paid checkout is active. These terms require final owner and legal review before launch.

Tiger Sports Bets is currently a working brand operated by Anthony Ortega; this page does not claim that Tiger Sports Bets or Tiger Intelligence is a corporation. By using the service after launch, a visitor agrees to the final terms displayed at that time.

Information, not wagering

The service supplies sports research and informational forecasts. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, does not control a user’s decisions, and does not guarantee profit, accuracy, or any outcome.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 and also satisfy the higher legal age and location requirements that apply to them. Users are responsible for complying with local law. Access may be restricted where the service or sports-wagering information is unlawful.

Membership

Paid plans provide the same covered intelligence for different access periods. Renewal, cancellation, tax, and trial details must be shown clearly in checkout before a purchase.

Acceptable use

Users may not share accounts, redistribute paid reports, scrape protected content, bypass access controls, reverse engineer proprietary methods, attack the service, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual property and third parties

Tiger Sports Bets content and software remain the operator’s property or the property of their licensors. Team names may identify factual matchups; no league, team, sportsbook, or data provider endorsement is implied.

Availability and corrections

Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, postponed, or unavailable. The service may withhold analysis, mark No Play, correct records transparently, suspend access for security, or change features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for their own decisions and losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Final limitation-of-liability and dispute terms must be reviewed for every jurisdiction served before launch.
