Canceling renewal

Members will be able to cancel future renewal through the secure billing portal. Access continues through the paid period unless the checkout disclosure or applicable law says otherwise.

Refund requests

Refund rights depend on the purchase facts and applicable law. Duplicate charges, processing errors, and unauthorized charges will be investigated. A request does not erase accurate historical billing, security, or audit records.

Digital content

Because membership unlocks digital research immediately, the final checkout must clearly disclose when access begins and how that affects cancellation or refund rights. Tiger Sports Bets will not advertise guaranteed outcomes and will not issue refunds merely because a forecast loses.

How to request help

A verified billing-support address and response timetable must be inserted here before checkout is enabled. Users should never email passwords, full payment-card details, authentication codes, or recovery codes.
