Data we expect to process
- Account details such as email address, display name, authentication events, and membership status.
- Billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by the payment processor; Tiger Sports Bets should not receive full card numbers.
- Security, device, access, and audit records needed to prevent abuse and operate the service.
- Support messages and choices a user submits.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate members, deliver subscriptions, secure the service, provide support, satisfy legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The planned stack uses Supabase for authentication and protected data, Stripe for billing, and Netlify for hosting and server functions. Each provider processes information under its own terms. Production use is blocked until the operator completes provider agreements and configuration review.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as needed for account service, financial records, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Protected content and service credentials remain server-side. No system can promise absolute security.
User choices
Members can request a machine-readable account export or account deletion. A deletion request may require identity verification and resolution of active subscriptions, chargebacks, security investigations, or legally required records.
Children and geography
The service is not directed to children. Before production launch, the operator must set the supported geographic area and complete the privacy disclosures required there.
